Notes/Warnings: I meant to do a slightly more even selection across more eras, but heat and visitors intervened, so this is a random collection of minor Classic Who characters from The Silurians, The Invasion of Time, The Ribos Operation, The Androids of Tara, Black Orchid, Mawdryn Undead, The Awakening and Frontios.
